All you do is pick out 3 bottoms, 3 tops, and 3 pairs of shoes from your closet. Then mix and match them into as many outfits as possible.

Doing this trains your brain to see new combinations in what you already own. Because 9 times out 10, the reason getting dressed feels hard isn’t because you don’t have enough clothes—it’s because you haven’t practiced styling them.
