STONE MAT DRYING
I love how clean it makes my kitchen look, but water still seeps through and sits between the stone mat and the countertop. I end up placing a kitchen towel underneath to absorb the moisture, which kind of defeats the purpose of using a stone drying mat.

EUFY S1 PRO BREAST PUMP
I love this pump. I used it with my daughter and now again with my son. It’s wireless and connects via Bluetooth so you can control the settings from your phone. The heating technology helps prevent clogged ducts for me. It’s definitely a hefty price tag, and my insurance didn’t cover it at the time, so I paid out of pocket.

NINJA BLEND BOSS
I love the convenience... blend and drink all in one. It’s small enough to sit on my countertop without taking up too much space.

BABY BREZZA BOTTLE WASHER
I like what it does, but I don’t love this one. If I were buying a new one, I’d choose either Momcozy or the Eufy Baby Bottle Washer S1. Both hold more than four bottles and are easier to load. You’re “supposed” to use distilled water with Baby Brezza and Momcozy to extend the machine’s longevity. Eufy advertises a built‑in filter so you can use tap water. Between the three, I’d choose the Eufy bottle washer. I’m on my last baby, so I’m sticking with what I already have (the Baby Brezza from my previous baby).

SPECTRA S1 PUMP
This pump is wireless and holds a charge, but it’s big and clunky... even worn crossbody. I bought it because I already had the Baby Buddha and Eufy S1 Pro from previous pregnancies and wanted to see what the hype was about. The suction isn’t as strong as people claim; the Eufy and Baby Buddha both have stronger suction.

SILVERETTES/ SILVER CAPS: If you're a breastfeeding/ nursing mama, silverettes are one of my TOP RECOMMENDED products. Silverettes are small silver cups that protect and heal your nipples in between pumping/ nursing sessions. Because of the shape of the cups, a small amount of breastmilk stays inside the cup creating a moist heeling environment. The cup itself releases ions that fact bacteria reducing infections and inflammation.

WHITE SHERPA JACKET: I got mine at Costco several years ago and wear it often! Unfortunately Costco does not carry anymore so I linked a similar one!

CRIB: this is the Babyletto Lolly crib. I used this crib with my 2nd baby and now I’m passing it to my daughter. The crib is good quality and has lasted several years. It can be converted to a toddler bed.

SLEEPSACK: this sleep sack is on the pricer side, but it fits from 2 months to 24 months. I used the same sleep sack with my daughter from when she was a baby. I bought 2 and switched between them during wash.

SPECTRA S1: I like this breast pump and its portable/ does not need to be plugged into a wall. It charges fast and you can get quite a few pump sessions before having to re charge. The downside to this pump is that it CAN be big and bulky. Wearing it as a cross body makes it a little more convenient but still heavy. I paired this pump with wearable cups to make it a little more discreet.

PINK ORGANIZER: I use this to organize my daughters hair accessories… I don’t like this system LOL

KITCHEN PLAY SET: this kitchen playset was originally my son’s but my daughter has taken over. It does not come pre-assembled… It comes in a bajillion pieces

WATCH BAND: Ive gotten it wet and it does not rust. It does not pinch me either. I’ve had this watch band for several years so the gold is starting to rub off. You need to buy the bumper and band separately.

WEARABLE CUPS: I pair this with my spectra s1 pump and baby buddha pump. Its discreet and allows me to move around more freely.

I got my freezer at Costco many years ago for $600. I still see this freezer at Costco at certain locations so check there first. If not that Amazon carries the same one.

KIMCHI

PART 1 BRINE
3 b napa cabbage
½ cup kosher salt
1 cup room temp water

PART 2 SLIME
1 cup water
¼ cup rice flour
1 TBSP sugar

PART 3 PASTE
½ of a Korean pear, peeled
1 small yellow onion
1 tsp minced/ grated ginger
4-5 cloves garlic
2 TBSP salted shrimp
1 TBSP fish sauce
1/3 cup sweetener of choice I used corn syrup
1 cup gochugaru/ Korean red pepper flakes

PART 1
1.   Cut napa cabbage in quarters lengthwise. Cut off the core of each piece and then cut napa cabbage into 1 inch pieces.
2.   Sprinkle ¼ cup kosher salt and ½ cup room temp water and mix. Repeat this 1 more time and then leave cabbage to sit just until you are done prepping everything else. Make sure to re fluff every 15 mins
3.   Once you’ve done prepping everything under PART 2 + 3, then rinse and drain napa cabbage under cold water. Make sure do wash it really well.. at least 3x. on the last round, make sure to SQUEEZE out any excess liquid from cabbage.

PART 2
4.   In a small sauce pot, heat up some 1 cup water, ¼ cup rice flour and 1 TBSP sugar. This will thicken up into a slime/ goo texture. Turn off heat and allow to completely cool before using. Note: this thickens up fast… ~5 mins so don’t go anywhere

PART 3
5.   Place all of your ingredients listed under PART 3 into a blender and blend until smooth.

6.   Now its time to combine everything: combine PART 2 SLIME with PART 3 PASTE. Make sure your slime is completely cooled before combining. And then pour this mixture into your cabbage and combine well. Taste test and adjust if needed. Store in a kimchi container and leave at room temp for 1 day before moving into the fridge. Note: u can enjoy right away or wait a couple of days until its more fermented + cold

I used my Dutch oven SO MUCH. It’s one of my favorite things to use. It heats up fast and retains heat well. In this video, I am using a 5QT Dutch oven which I find perfect for families of 4-5 people

HOT HONEY LEMON PEPPER CHICKEN WINGS

CHICKEN SEASONING
1.5 lb chicken wings
½ TBSP oil (I used avocado)
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp lemon pepper
¼ cup cornstarch

HOT HONEY LEMON PEPPER SAUCE
3 TBSP unsalted butter
Juice from ½ a lemon
1/4 cup franks red hot
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp lemon pepper
Zest of ½ a lemon

1. Season chicken with all the ingredients listed under CHICKEN SEASON. Then cook using your preferred method whether that being pan fry, deep fry, air fry, bake, etc.

2. Make your hot honey lemon pepper sauce—in a pan, melt 3 TBSP unsalted butter. Then add the rest of your ingredients listed under HOT HONEY LEMON PEPPER SAUCE. Cook this until it starts to thicken (~5 mins). Turn off heat, add chicken wings in and give it a toss.

These are some of the skincare I’m currently using. Good Molecule Niacinamide Toner is my holy grail— I will always use this. I’ve gone thru 5+ bottles. I also like Good Molecules’ super peptide & discoloration serum.

La Roche rosay tinted sunscreen is the one I’m currently using… I like to try new tinted sunscreens so I’m changing things in this department but so far, I really like this one.

DUA CHUA - PICKLED MUSTARD GREENS

INGREDIENTS
2 bundles of mustard greens (large Gai chow)
4 cups water
2 cups sugar
2 cups vinegar
2 tsp salt

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cut mustard greens into 1 - 1.5 in pieces. Wash throughly and place into a large enough air tight container (note: musard greens are very dirty so make sure you wash it several times)

2. In a mixing bowl, combine: water, sugar, vinegar and salt. Mix until sugar is dissolved and then pour this mixture over your mustard greens. Let this sit at room temp for 2 days then move into the fridge for at least 1 week before enjoying.
