Fourth of July Fruit-Infused Water 🇺🇸

Ingredients

* 1 cup strawberries (cut in half)
* 1 cup blueberries
* 1 cup blackberries
* 2 white peaches, thinly sliced
* Filtered water
* Ice (optional)

Instructions

1. Add the strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and sliced peaches to a large pitcher.
2. Fill the pitcher with filtered water.
3. Stir gently to combine.
4. Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours to allow the fruit flavors to infuse.
5. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Maca root is known for supporting balanced energy, mood, and hormone health.
And it’s been such a great alternative for me!

This MACA LATTE is absolutely delicious! I look forward to it every day! I followed the @navitasorganics recipe

1 cup plant-based milk of choice
½ Tbsp. pure maple syrup
1 tsp. Maca @navitasorganics Powder
¼ tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. vanilla
Pinch of sea salt

Place all ingredients in a small pot over medium heat and whisk continuously until warm.

Enjoy!
