Feliz Noche Buena 🎄

🍅My favorite cozy meal: roasted tomato soup paired with a garlic butter grilled cheese on @labreabakery sourdough. No preservatives & no additives just really good bread for everyday meals! 🧄

Recipe:
Add tomato, red peppers, onions and garlic to a pan, add olive oil salt and pepper and roast for 30 minutes at 425 degrees.

Let it cool and blend with vegetable broth, basil, Italian seasonings and chicken stock. Pour into a pot and add heavy cream and boil!

Garlic bread grilled cheese:

Combine softened butter, parsley and minced garlic. Add to sourdough and make your grilled cheese! I love using American cheese and mozzarella, but use whatever cheese you want!

Oh and this delicious bread was bought at @harristeeter in the fresh bakery section! 🥖
