For the DIYers, wallpaper and bamboo for the entryway. It changed the space, made it feel more homey, and is extremely welcoming the moment you walk through the door. This is a small section of my entryway. The whole space took about 3 days. I plan to add a small painted trim for the transition between the wallpaper and bamboo.
