My top 5 postpartum workout tips👟 1. Waist trimmer to wear on all your walks/ workouts! 2. outfits that make you feel CONFIDENT and that you’re excited to wear! For me in the summer that’s bright colors and anything high waisted! My favorite athletic brand is lululemon and I’ve found a lot of good items on Amazon too lately! 3. Drink only water try to limit alcohol! Drinking out of a Stanley makes it easier for me! Plus I love this new yellow color☀️ 4. Comfortable shoes! I’ve tried so many brands and the Hoka Clifton 9 are the best IMO and make it feel like you’re walking on a cloud 5. Find a workout that works for you! For me while I’m breastfeeding it’s walking 45-60 min a day! Plus your baby can come with you! I love putting on a podcast and getting fresh air and my workout done all in one!
