Instead, find art that speaks to you… bonus points if it’s little weird and different than what everyone else has on their walls. This will make your home feel SO much more personable, collected, and full of character. Here are my fave places to look: 1. Books! It’s a designer’s best kept secret. Some of my favorite coffee table books have frame-worthy prints inside. Comment ART and I’ll send you a couple of my fave books with frame worthy prints. 2. @etsy - So many talented artists and printable downloads at every price point. 3. @chairishco - An amazing source for original and vintage artwork. 4. I may have saved the best for last…frame meaningful pieces that were never meant to be art (it’s FREE.99!!) Frame an old handwritten recipe, a postcard from your travels, your child’s artwork, sheet music, vintage maps, family letters, or even a page from a favorite book. Some of the most meaningful art was never intended to hang on a wall. And don’t overlook the frames! Frames can be found for pennies on the dollar at thrift stores or garage sales. Add a large mat for a custom look, or take them to @hobbylobby for affordable professional framing.
