Not to be dramatic but this may be the best drink I’ve ever made 🥭 You have to try this recipe because it tastes like summer in a glass + mangoes are in season 🤙🏽

Matcha latte
•2 tsp matcha
•3 tbsp mango syrup
•40 ml water
•120 ml milk of choice

Mango Syrup
•Peel and cut 2 mangoes. Place them into a sauce pan with 1 cup of water and 3/4 cup maple or sweetener of choice (I like to use maple or coconut sugar). Bring to a boil then simmer for 10-15 min. Optional but I use my emulsifier to blend the mango more after simmering. Let cool then strain into a glass jar.
