Save for later ‼️ Homemade Tomato Soup 🥫

Recipe details 👩🏻‍🍳🍅🥫🥣

Ingredients:
2 lbs of tomatoes (I grabbed 4)
1 package of baby tomatoes
2 bulbs of garlic (or a heaping scoop of minced garlic)
1 chili pepper
Avocado Oil (2 tbsp)
Yellow onion
Red onion
16 ounces of chicken broth
Heavy whipping cream (optional)

Directions:
* Preheat oven to 450 degrees
* Cut big tomatoes in quarters
* Cut onions in half
* Cut garlic bulbs in half
* Line parchment paper on baking sheet
* Lay veggies on parchment paper
* Drizzle oil onto veggies
* Place in oven 30-40 minutes (until veggies are tender)
* In Dutch oven or big pot place all roasted veggies in pot with chicken broth
* Use immersion blending tool to blend (you can also use a blender to blend veggies to your liking)
* Bring to boil and add amount cream to your desired creaminess
Serve with grilled cheese sandwiches + enjoy!!
