Isn’t it crazy how long it takes moms to get their joy & spark back post partum?! We’re expected to bounce right back into normal life after carrying an entire human for 9 months + if you choose to nurse them - 1-2 years after that…😳

Would not change it FOR ANYTHING but if I could go back and tell myself over & over again it would be to love the body you’re in…be thankful for the body that grew two beautiful blessings, and to remember how strong you are as a woman 💪🏼

It wasn’t until my son was 5 that I started to get back into the swing of things for my health & reminding myself why I want to take of body…to change the generational cycle for my kids 🫶🏻 very thankful for my journey even though it feels like it had taken forever to get here 🥺
