Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in style with this Pot of Gold Cocktail! This vibrant drink is not just a feast for the eyes, but also a perfect blend of Irish whiskey, zesty lemon juice, and sweet honey syrup. With a sprinkle of edible glitter, each sip sparkles like a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow!

Ingredients:
2 oz Irish Whiskey
2 oz lemon juice
2 oz honey syrup
1 tsp edible glitter
Club Soda
Ice
Rainbow sour candy
Mint (for garnish)

Instructions:
1. Add Whiskey, lemon juice, honey syrup and edible glitter to cocktail shaker over ice.
2. Strain into glass filled with fresh ice, stir and top with club soda.
3. Garnish glass with rainbow candy and sprig of mint. Serve and Enjoy!
