ZARA new in pieces I loved… ordered 3 items and want to wear them all immediately. The trousers were an absolute yes - they’re so unique and have a really vintage feel to them. Can see myself reaching for them year after year. The fabric and the cut is so special.
And just seen the little silky jacket comes in white, wondering if that’s a smarter choice… would look so chic with blue jeans and sandals.

Fell in love with these Khaite snake sandals but needed something a little more purse friendly. After searching everywhere for the perfect little nineties kitten heel I found these… they just needed a little tweakment with my scissors and they’re now exactly what I wanted 🤍🖤

Things that aren’t chic but I use every single day 🖤

1. My anti winkle pillow. Used for years and absolutely love it.
2. My hair wrap. When you’re between hair washes and need a good face scrub this keeps your style.
3. My vitamin pots. Again I’ve used for years… fill them up every Sunday and can separate when I go away for the right days. Keeps me consistent.
4. My little hand whisk. Use it multiple times a day for my morning green juice, my protein, my creatine and my evening magnesium.

The most flattering high waist jeans… and they’re bootcut. Haven’t worn bootcut in forever. They skim down the leg giving that long look and with a comfortable high cut they draw in the waist. At £26 I’d get them in at least two colours… 🖤💙🤍

The products I’m using to get my nails back to health… after years of sns, tips and damage I’m done with the time spent in the chair. It’s only been a month but I can see the visible damage growing out and determined to resist the temptation to get them covered up again. Once they’re back to full health I’ll definitely pop into the salon for an old fashioned shape and polish but no more full on faux. Any tips please share 🤍🙏

This weeks looks… the last is definitely my finest 🤍

1. A long trench over workout wear instantly adds some drama. This one’s old but found it on eBay and linked as well as some other beauties.
2. The most beautiful detail from a highstreet gem of a jacket. I fell HARD for this.
3. Love these cropped tailored off white trousers for spring. Something about all white with black accents that just looks pulled together without all the effort.
4. Early morning mat Pilates calls for layers.
5. The softest wool jacket - and has this cute neck detail which gives it a unique little scarf design when it’s buttoned up.
6. A numbing cream beard. It was time for my polynucleotides… always get excited to see how my skin changes over the next few weeks and months post treatment.

And I know my long term followers have seen that lately I’ve discovered the best accessory I have isn’t in my wardrobe it’s the strength I carry within my body and I won’t be embarrassed or shy about it after recent criticism. I feel great and I’m working hard for it.

At 42, I’ve been quietly dedicating myself to training but it’s as much about the mind as it is the muscles, and it’s completely changed how I feel in my own skin.
