I made these for a gathering at our house over the weekend and they were a hit! 🤍 Easter dessert, spring, summertime Directions: wash and then slice 5 lemons in half, length-wise. Remove the lemon pulp with a spoon (place pulp in a bowl for later). With the empty lemon shells, scoop and fill with a lemon sorbet. I like Talenti Gelato “Zesty Lemon” sorbet. Garnish with a mint sprig and place in the freezer if you’re not indulging right away. Done! 🍋With your saved lemon pulp, squeeze out juice and make fresh lemonade (just add water and sugar!)
