Hi! I’m Angelica. (Wanted to get a few posts under my belt before officially introducing myself on here.)

This outfit is one of my go-tos for teaching. It’s an active tank from Universal Standard in a size M (18/20) and leggings from GAP (size XXL Tall). Bonus, the leggings have an adjustable waistband and pockets, perfect for removing through the flows on and off the mat 💜

Fun fact: For me, if my clothes aren’t comfortable, everything feels like a nightmare. Trust me when I say buttery smooth activewear definitely made 2025 a lot easier to get through 💯

Okay. I had to get this cute Hydro Flask Micro. Yes, it’s the tiniest size but it fits in EVERY SINGLE BAG. This is the “chocolate rose gold” color—it’s exclusive to Amazon and Whole Foods 🛒

Honestly, I need Hydro Flask to make more bottles with this rose gold hardware it’s just so beautiful 🤎

(Personal) BONUS: Since I drink the water so fast I find myself refilling it pretty often—resulting in me drinking more water during the day 🙌🏾

How it feels when someone tells me I smell good ✨

Swipe for my favorite scent combo at the moment.

First, I spray the PHLUR fragrance as it has this cozy cream sent (it is called heavy cream for a reason). This is their hair and body spray so I really spray it all over for a lasting scent that doesn’t bother me throughout the day. NOTE: I will say I do spray in a more well ventilated area because I have asthma and if I do it in a closed area I do cough a little.

Next, I lay on the Orebella fragrance NIGHTCAP. To me, it really does smell like the perfect mocktail. This is an oil-based fragrance. It doesn’t smell like alcohol, it just smells like warm and cozy. I love it🤎

I have this Anthropologie dress in different prints for a reason. It’s so easy to throw on especially when a random photographer in Times Square asks you to pose in a picture with your best friend.

It’s very comfortable (thanks to the flattering not-too-tight elastic waist). It’s easy to wear in the summer by itself, but also can be layered with a turtleneck in the colder months.
