🍲 EASY Crockpot Mississippi Beef & Noodles!

This is the ultimate comfort food dinner — rich, flavorful, and SO simple to make. Just toss it in the slow cooker and let it do the work! Perfect for busy nights, meal prep, or when you need a hearty family meal. 🤤💛

✨ Ingredients:
1. 2 lbs beef chuck roast
2. 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
3. 1 packet au jus gravy mix
4. ½ cup unsalted butter
5. 5 pepperoncini peppers
6. 4 cups beef broth
7. 12 oz egg noodles
8. Salt & pepper to taste
9. Fresh parsley (for garnish)

📝 Directions:
1️⃣ Place beef chuck roast in crockpot.
2️⃣ Sprinkle ranch seasoning & au jus mix on top.
3️⃣ Add butter & pepperoncini peppers & little pepperoncini juice.
4️⃣ Pour beef broth around the roast.
5️⃣ Cover & cook on LOW for 6-8 hours (until beef is tender).
6️⃣ About 30 min before serving add a cornstarch slurry if you’d like to thicken the sauce & cook egg noodles per package.
7️⃣ Shred beef & throw back in the crockpot & mix with juices.
8️⃣ Stir in cooked noodles.
9️⃣ Season with salt/pepper & garnish with parsley if you like.
Optional: Thicken sauce with a cornstarch slurry if desired.

It’s an easy dump-and-go meal the whole family will LOVE! 😍

🍝 DUMP & BAKE CHICKEN PARMESAN CASSEROLE – SO EASY!

This 6-ingredient, no-boil pasta bake is a busy weeknight lifesaver! Just dump everything in a dish, bake, and enjoy a cheesy, comforting dinner with almost no effort. Perfect for picky eaters and great for meal prep too!

✨ Recipe:
✔️ 1 box uncooked penne pasta (16 oz)
✔️ 1 jar marinara sauce (24 oz)
✔️ 2 cups water
✔️ 2 cups cooked & shredded rotisserie chicken (or 2 raw chicken breasts, diced)
✔️ 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
✔️ ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

🧑‍🍳 Directions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F & grease a 9x13” dish.
2️⃣ Add pasta, marinara, and water, stir, then mix in chicken. Cover with foil.
3️⃣ Bake 30 min (or 40 min if using raw chicken).
4️⃣ Remove foil, stir, add cheese, and bake 10 more min.
5️⃣ Let sit 5 min before serving. Enjoy!

Cheddar Bay Chicken Biscuit Casserole 🤍

This one is creamy, cheesy, and topped with those buttery cheddar bay biscuits… sooo good and so easy 🙌🏼

Perfect for a busy night when you want something comforting that the whole family will eat 👏🏼

Ingredients:
• 2–3 cups cooked shredded chicken
• 1 (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 box Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix (plus ingredients on box)

Directions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°
2️⃣ In a bowl, mix chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and shredded cheese
3️⃣ Spread into a greased 9x13 baking dish

4️⃣ Prepare biscuit mix according to package
5️⃣ Drop spoonfuls of dough over the top

6️⃣ Bake 15–20 minutes
7️⃣ Brush butter seasoning over biscuits
8️⃣ Bake another 5–10 minutes until golden and cooked through

Let it sit a few minutes before serving so it thickens up 🤍

Save this for an easy weeknight dinner ✔️
