Made in the slow cooker, it’s creamy, flavorful, and perfect for busy nights. Ingredients: • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts • 24 oz chicken broth (low sodium) • 2 (15 oz) cans great Northern beans, drained and rinsed • 2 (4 oz) cans diced green chiles (one hot, one mild) • 1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained • 1 tsp each: salt, cumin, paprika, chili powder, onion powder • 1/2 tsp black pepper • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Toppings: sliced jalapeños, avocado, sour cream, tortilla strips, shredded Monterey Jack or Mexican cheese, minced cilantro Directions: 1️⃣ Place chicken breasts in the crockpot and season with salt, pepper, onion powder, chili powder, and garlic powder. 2️⃣ Add the beans, green chiles, corn, and chicken broth.
