This is perfect for busy weeknights and is so good heated back up for leftovers. 1 (16 ounce) package uncooked rotini pasta 22 oz jar Alfredo sauce (about 1 very large 22-ounce jar or 1 ½ 15-ounce jars) (approximately 2 ½ cups total) 3 cups chicken stock (or sub with chicken broth) 2 cups diced or shredded rotisserie chicken (or other diced cooked chicken) 2 teaspoons minced garlic (about 2 large cloves) 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese(or Italian blend cheese) 🗒️ Dump & Bake Chicken Alfredo Pasta Recipe: 1. Shred 2 cups of slow cooked chicken (seasoned to your liking) or rotisserie chicken. 2. In a casserole dish, add 16 oz of uncooked rotini pasta, 3 cups of chicken stock, shredded chicken, 2 teaspoons of minced garlic, and 22 oz of Alfredo sauce. Mix well. 3.
