🤤 Sweet & sour meatballs in the crockpot — so easy and so good! I served it over jasmine rice with broccoli. Definitely saving this one for busy weeknights! Ingredients: • 1 (24–32 oz) bag frozen pre-cooked meatballs • 3/4 cup brown sugar • 1 cup apple cider vinegar • 2/3 cup ketchup • 2 tbsp soy sauce (or Tamari for gluten-free) • 1/2 cup water or pineapple juice • 2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder) • 2 tbsp cornstarch • 1 tsp minced ginger (optional) • 2–3 cups cooked broccoli • Jasmine rice, for serving Instructions: 1.Add the frozen meatballs to your crockpot. 2.In a bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, ketchup, soy sauce, water (or pineapple juice), garlic, cornstarch, and ginger. 3.Pour the sauce over the meatballs. 4.Cover and cook on LOW for 3.5 hours. 5.Once cooked, stir in the cooked broccoli. 6.Serve the meatballs and broccoli over jasmine rice.
