Day 36 of 60 Strong ✅ New week, new workout program! After a busy morning out (including a stop at Sam’s Club for a brand collab), I came home, had some lunch, got a little work done, and jumped into a new strength program on the Sweat app! I’m starting the High Intensity Strength program by Kayla Itsines—3 strength workouts a week with optional add-ons, plus I’ll keep doing my walks on non-lifting days.
