🤤 You HAVE to try this SUPER EASY Dump & Bake Chicken Alfredo Pasta! It’s creamy, cheesy, and perfect for busy weeknights — plus, the leftovers are so good the next day. 🙌

Ingredients:
• 1 (16 oz) package uncooked rotini pasta
• 22 oz jar Alfredo sauce (about 2 ½ cups)
• 3 cups chicken stock (or chicken broth)
• 2 cups shredded or diced rotisserie chicken (or other cooked chicken)
• 2 tsp minced garlic (about 2 large cloves)
• 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (or Italian blend)

Directions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 425°F.
2️⃣ In a casserole dish, combine pasta, chicken stock, Alfredo sauce, minced garlic, and shredded chicken. Mix well.
3️⃣ Cover tightly with foil and bake for 30–35 minutes.
4️⃣ Remove foil, stir, then top with shredded mozzarella.
5️⃣ Bake uncovered for 8 more minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
6️⃣ Serve warm and enjoy that creamy, cheesy goodness!

Creamy Crockpot White Chicken Chili 🥣

Cool nights call for cozy dinners! This creamy white chicken chili is slow-cooked to perfection — hearty, flavorful, and the easiest comfort food for busy weeknights. Sooo yummy!!!

Ingredients:
• 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 24 oz chicken broth (low sodium)
• 2 (15 oz) cans great Northern beans, drained and rinsed
• 2 (4 oz) cans diced green chiles (one hot, one mild)
• 1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
• 1 tsp each: salt, cumin, paprika, chili powder, onion powder
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened

Toppings: sliced jalapeños, avocado, sour cream, tortilla strips, shredded Monterey Jack or Mexican cheese, minced cilantro

Directions:
1️⃣ Place chicken breasts in the crockpot and season with salt, pepper, onion powder, chili powder, and garlic powder.
2️⃣ Add the beans, green chiles, corn, and chicken broth. Stir to combine.
3️⃣ Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
4️⃣ Remove chicken, shred it, then return it to the crockpot.
5️⃣ Add cream cheese, stir, and cook on HIGH for 15 minutes until creamy and thickened.
6️⃣ Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!

If you need a family-approved dinner, Cheesy Ranch Potatoes & Smoked Sausage delivers every time! 🥔🧀 Flavorful, hearty, and so easy to throw together. This recipe is perfect for busy weeknights and guaranteed to be a family favorite! 🙌

Ingredients:
• 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced into coins
• 4 cups baby potatoes, halved or quartered
• 2 Tbsp olive oil (or melted butter)
• 1 packet ranch seasoning
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
• Sour cream (optional, for serving)
• Fresh parsley (optional, garnish)

Instructions:
1. Spray your crockpot with nonstick spray or line with a liner.
2. Add potatoes, olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
3.Stir in sliced smoked sausage.
4. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3–4 hours or LOW for 6–7 hours, until potatoes are fork-tender.
5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar on top, cover, and let melt for about 5–10 minutes.
6. Serve warm with sour cream or parsley on top if desired.

These Ham & Swiss Hawaiian Roll Sliders are the ultimate game-day win. Quick to make, cheesy, and totally crowd-pleasing! Whether you’re tailgating, hosting friends, or just need an easy family dinner, these little sliders always disappear fast! 🙌

Here’s the recipe (save for later) ⬇️:
Ingredients:
• 1 package sweet Hawaiian Rolls (24 count)
• 24 slices black forest ham
• 10 slices Swiss cheese
• 2-3 tbsp mayo

Mustard-Butter Glaze:
• 4 tbsp salted butter
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• ¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
• ¼ tsp onion powder (optional)
• 1 tbsp poppy seeds

Directions:
1. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half, keeping them connected. Place the bottom half in a greased 9x12 pan.
2. Layer with ham and cheese.
3. Melt butter, mix in mustard, Worcestershire, onion powder, and poppy seeds. Brush over the rolls.
4. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 15 mins, then uncover and bake for another 5 mins. Enjoy!
