Easy go-to breakfast bowl I’ve been eating on repeat! So simple, protein-packed, and totally customizable. You can add whatever toppings you love, but here’s how I made mine: Ingredients: • Handful of frozen tater tots • 2 eggs • Salt & pepper • Handful of shredded cheddar cheese • 2 big dollops of plain Greek yogurt (hello extra protein!) Instructions: 1. Air fry your tater tots at 390° for 8–9 minutes (crispy perfection). 2. Scramble your eggs and season with salt & pepper. 3. Toss the tots into a bowl, top with your eggs, shredded cheese, and Greek yogurt. 4. Add any other toppings you love— I love adding breakfast sausage & bacon to mine too, hot sauce, avocado, green onions, etc! I’ve been loving this combo for a quick, filling breakfast.
