This Crockpot Burrito Bowl is a super easy crockpot meal that’s perfect for busy weeknights!

Just dump it in, let it cook, and dinner is DONE — no stress, no mess! I served mine over microwave rice to keep it extra simple, and my whole family gave it a thumbs up!

Ingredients:
•1 lb chicken breasts
•1 packet taco seasoning
•1 can black beans (drained & rinsed)
•1 can corn (drained)
•1 can Rotel (diced tomatoes & green chiles)
•2 cups chicken broth
•1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
•Microwave rice for serving
•Toppings: sour cream, avocado, salsa, lettuce, jalapeños, etc.

Instructions:
1.Spray your crockpot with nonstick spray
2.Add chicken to the bottom and sprinkle with taco seasoning
3.Add black beans, corn, and Rotel (undrained)
4.Pour in chicken broth
5.Cover and cook on LOW 4–6 hours or HIGH 2–3 hours
6.Shred chicken and stir everything together
7.Top with cheese, let melt, then serve over microwave rice
8.Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!

Dinner doesn’t get much easier than this!

Ingredients:
• ½ cup oats
• ½ cup milk
• 1 Tbsp honey

How to make:

Creamy Crockpot Chicken Penne Bake

The easiest throw-it-all-in-and-go dinner! So creamy, cheesy, and packed with flavor.
Save this one for a busy night!

Here’s what you’ll need:
• 2–3 chicken breasts
• 2 tbsp onion powder
• 2 tbsp garlic powder
• 2 tbsp paprika
• Pepper to taste
• 1 (22 oz) jar Alfredo sauce
• 1 (24 oz) jar pasta or marinara sauce
• 1 block cream cheese (I used 1/3 less fat)
• 1 box high protein penne pasta
• 8 oz shredded mozzarella & provolone cheese blend

How to make it:
1️⃣ Add chicken to crockpot and season with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika & pepper
2️⃣ Pour in Alfredo, marinara, and add cream cheese
3️⃣ Cook on LOW for 6 hrs or HIGH for 3–4 hrs
4️⃣ When chicken is done, cook pasta on the stove
5️⃣ Shred the chicken (I use my favorite Amazon shredder!)
6️⃣ Add shredded chicken & pasta into the sauce and mix
7️⃣ Top with shredded cheese and cover until melted
8️⃣ Serve & enjoy — we love it with Caesar salad + breadsticks!

1.Add stew meat to your crockpot.

4.About 30 mins before dinner, toss sweet potatoes and asparagus on a sheet pan.
5.Spray with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

You're going to LOVE this creamy, cheesy comfort food with a kick. Perfect for busy weeknights!

Ingredients:
• 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
• Salt & pepper to taste
• 1 bottle Buffalo IVild Wings Southwest Ranch sauce
• 1 bottle heavy whipping cream (use the empty sauce bottle to measure!)
• 1 block cream cheese
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
• 1 box pasta of choice (we used penne!)
• Optional: Steamed broccoli for added veggies

Directions:
1️⃣ Place chicken breasts in the crockpot and season with salt & pepper.
2️⃣ Pour in the bottle of Southwest Ranch sauce.
3️⃣ Fill the empty sauce bottle with heavy whipping cream, shake, and pour over chicken.
4️⃣ Add cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and Parmesan on top.
5️⃣ Cook on high for 4 hours:
6️⃣ Shred the chicken. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions.
7️⃣ Drain pasta and add to the crockpot. Mix everything together and serve!
8️⃣ Top with extra Parmesan and enjoy!

Ingredients:
• 2 cups uncooked rice
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 can cheddar cheese soup
• 2 cups chicken broth or water
• 2 cups broccoli florets
• 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
• 1-2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions:
