Save this to try later!🤍 Ingredients * 2 bags frozen dumplings (potstickers/gyoza) * 1–2 cups fresh spinach * 3/4 - 1 cup heavy cream (depending how thick you want the sauce. You can also sub for half & half to make it healthier like I did this one time but it won’t be as thick.) * ½ cup low sodium chicken broth * 2 cloves garlic, minced * 2 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos * ½ tsp salt * ¼ tsp pepper * ½ cup shredded mozzarella * Optional topping: Sesame oil * Optional topping: Siracha Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 375°F 2. Grease a baking dish 3. Add layers of fresh spinach to the bottom of the pan 4. Place frozen dumplings on top in a single layer 5. In a bowl, whisk: * heavy cream * broth * garlic * soy sauce * salt & pepper 6. Pour sauce evenly over dumplings 7. Cover with foil + bake 25 minutes 8. Remove foil, add mozzarella 9. Bake uncovered 10–15 more minutes until bubbly Let sit 5 minutes before serving so sauce can thicken. 10. Serve on top of rice or as is! 11.
