#RealTalk: My weight, body, and how I feel about myself takes up so much of my thought space. As long as I can remember it’s been a nagging thought in the back of my head. When you’re only 5’ tall (though my license says 5’1” 😉) and gain weight, there’s not a whole lot of room for that weight to spread out and distribute. But, we can all pinpoint something to complain about with our bodies, right? 🤦🏼‍♀️ My last 10 days in Florida were filled with BBG and pickleball with the fam and long walks with our dog. I mediated and got a massage and drank lots of hot lemon water. It was the most I’ve had exercise in over a year. BUT I also had rosé and champagne and reallyyy good pizza and oatmeal cake and sticky buns. 🙌🏻 Mid-way through, I took this photo, in which I look so H A P P Y. I don’t want to claim that there’s such a thing as a perfect balance, because there’s not, but I do want to advocate for doing everything you can to feel your best (you run that half marathon and start meal prepping healthier foods!), without getting carried away and sacrificing everything that comes along with living fully. 💗 So who wants to go into the new year with a workout plan and good intentions, but have a fancy glass of champagne & slice of pizza with me to celebrate?! 🙋🏼‍♀️🍾🍕 @liketoknow.it http://liketk.it/2z8a7 #liketkit
