The slingback is the keeper! I love how it looks with jeans or little black pants, and it’s genuinely comfortable. I wear a 7.5 in both styles, but the black suede slide didn’t stay on my foot properly because of my high arches and instep. This one fits beautifully, and no, you don’t have to spend a fortune to find a great shoe!

The mule had the prettier shape in my opinion, but it wouldn’t stay on my foot because of my high arches and high instep, so it’s going back! I’m keeping the slingback because it’s comfortable, looks great with jeans or black pants, and gives me the look I want without spending designer prices. I wear a 7.5 in both. The lesson? Fit always wins!
