This month’s empty products:
Scalp serum I have used daily for 2 years, I’ve noticed so much new growth, hair feels thicker and less shedding. It’s water-based so doesn’t make my scalp greasy.

Lightweight body lotion, have been using everyday since I got it. A friend of mine said my arm was so soft it felt like dolphins skin 🤣

Gentle exfoliation for the face. I use it nightly after cleansing. Keeps your pores clean, brightens, evens skin tone and gives me such glowy skin!

Get ready with me for my Baby Shower 🩵 I used the Ghd soft curl tong for loose waves. Remember to use curl hold spray to help make them last!

If you have time before a shower apply your hair mask like this for better absorption and a more intense treatment. The warmth from the cap and towel helps open your hair cuticle and enables the mask to penetrate deeper. I add hair oil to the mask to give myself extra nourishment, softness, shine. Shampoo and conditioner as normal afterwards. I recommend using a hair mask at least once a week!

Curling my hair using a hair straightener. Detangle, apply heat protectant, curl. Finish off with nourishing hair oil for hydration & shine. Top it off with a spritz of hair perfume 🩷

When it comes to haircare, we’ve all wondered, “Is that really worth it?” Here are 5 non-negotiables in my routine that truly make a difference.

Quality heat tools: Evenly distribute heat to style efficiently while minimizing damage and breakage. ghd has been my go-to for years.

Silk hair cap: Reduces friction, frizz, and moisture loss while you sleep. CELUI is spacious, comfortable and stays on all night. Hair feels smoother, softer and shinier in the morning.

Shower water filter: Removes harsh minerals and chlorine for softer, healthier hair. I've been using Hello Klean for as long as I can remember.

Ultra nourishing hair mask: Deeply hydrates and repairs strands for smoother, stronger hair. The Christophe Robin regenerating mask has been in my routine for years and is still one of the best I've tried (they’ve kindly given me a 30% off discount for you, use code ANISACR - you’ll also get a free mini mask).

Microfiber hair towel: More gentle on the hair, absorbs water without causing frizz or breakage. CELUI’s is large, lightweight and cuts drying time in half.

One tip to help prevent frizz is to finish your styling route with a lightweight serum and anti-humidity spray. They help smooth and seal the cuticle, add shine and condition the hair.

Love these ‘Good Morning’ pink pyjamas! They are so soft and comfortable too.

Hair brushes I’m using. The Manta brush I use on wet hair (very so gentle to detangle), the Wet Brush on dry hair and the CELUI brush as a scalp massager to help stimulate growth and thickness.

3 shampoos I’m loving for 3 different needs:

1. Hydration
For dry hair, heat damaged, breakage. Helps pump the hydration back into the hair leaving it feeling moisturised and soft.

2. Detox & Clarify
Regular shampoos don’t always fully remove residue and build-up, which can leave your hair feeling dull or heavy. Use a detox shampoo at least 1-2 times a month to help thoroughly strip styling products, hard water minerals, pollution, excess oil and chemicals.

3. Frizz Control
For dry, dull and colour-treated hair. The light-weight formula removes metal particles found in hard water to encourage smoother hair. Formula is super nourishing, hair feels very shiny and soft after using it.

Here are a few hair products I currently use religiously!

#LTKbeauty
Hair brushes I’m loving! These are gentle when detangling and have flexible bristles so don’t tug on the hair.

#LTKbeauty
It is so important to *always* use heat protectant to minimize damage, even if you are restyling it the next day. Ensure you apply to each section properly, you want to protect all your hair and not just the top. Heat protection also helps lock in moisture to prevent frizz. Repetitive use of heat without protection will lead to dry, brittle strands, breakage and split ends.

Here are my 2 current favourites:

If you are blow drying or straightening, I love this Kerastase one because it’s a very lightweight cream that doesn’t weigh your hair down. It also helps strengthen your hair fibre and softens, too.

If you are curling the ghd doubles up as a heat protectant and texturizing spray to help hold your curls for longer.

Haircare tips I follow on warm holidays:
- Washing my hair on the days I wet it in the pool or ocean, leaving salt or chlorine in it makes the hair dry and brittle which can lead to breakage and split ends.
- Using a deeply hydrating shampoo, mask & conditioner each time I wash my hair to help keep it more manageable and moisturised. I condition after I mask to help lock in moisture further.
- Oiling my hair each night with and applying the silk cap before I sleep helped tame frizz and nourished it for the next day.
- Always tie my hair up in a claw clip or braid to avoid it getting constantly tangled and knotty in the wind.
- If I’m going to heat style, use an anti-frizz spray whilst the hair is still wet to help avoid the humidity.
- Brush my hair backwards (not having a parting) or wearing a hat / bandana while tanning to avoid burning my scalp. I have burnt my scalp before and the peeling stage is messy.

One way to keep your bangs or face framing layers out of your face ~ this reminds me of the hairstyles I used to wear in the 90s 😄

Love flower claw clips for summer! Here is a quick & easy way to create a braided bun with one.

#LTKbeauty
My skin is a bit sensitive and can react quite quickly to products that don't suit so I like to keep my routine very minimal. In the mornings I cleanse, use a vitamin-C serum to brighten the skin followed by a moisturiser and eye serum. In the evening after cleansing I apply an AHA tonic to help gently exfoliate and keep my pores clean. This gives the skin a lovely glow, too. I always rinse my face with cold water to tighten the appearance of the skin. I only use a tissue to dry my face as opposed to a towel as towels easily collect dirt and tend to make me break out.
