TV Host 🎥: filmed 3 new episodes of The Shine Studio (⭐️ a new one aired this week with @deepikamary and you MUST SEE IT! Link in bio!)

Co-Founder/Host 🥂: then co-hosted our @shexshines event, and was so fired up watching the ladies there connect, encourage, and build friendships that go light years beyond traditional networking

Wife ❤️ followed by a murder-mystery party with my hub

It was a day of many deep breaths, wardrobe changes, and little prayers to slow down and enjoy it all.

I’ve struggled through those moments, days, years— grief, depression, insomnia, overwhelm, heartache...

That’s why I enjoy sharing a little light through a photo... and through my voice & writing, whether a caption or sometimes a song, that I pray God transforms my words into inspiration.

No one’s life is perfect— and I’ll never pretend it is— BUT, I do believe through our interactions, whether IRL or social media, we have the ability to use our stories to help the world *shine* a little brighter. ✨

AM routine: Workout ✔️ Quiet time ✔️ Gameplan set for the day ✔️

I’ve noticed when these 3 things don’t happen first thing, my whole day feels out of whack, and things slip through the cracks.

My schedule is absolutely CRAY atm, and after my AM routine , “routine” isn’t at all in my vocab... but I’m learning and { trying to! } improve each day/week on:

➕ time blocking- and STICKING TO IT... which often means...
➕ ...saying “no” to some things to make room to...
➕ ...pause, breathe, and pray through the cray 🙏🏽😜

It was one of those manic days with a big to-do list. Partway through, my husband showed me this reminder:

✨ You Have Enough Time ✨
• 40 Hours at Work (+/- if you’re an entrepreneur 😂)
• 7 at the Gym
• 56 Sleeping
= 65 Hours Left

I was reminded that I have time to:
Pause, Pray, Breathe, Laugh (at yourself, or your ridiculous dog). Practice Self-Care, and ENJOY all that I *get* to do.

So if you’re feeling crazy, I hope you’ve taken a sec to simply breathe in the blessing, and exhale the hustle 💫
