One of the hardest parts of self care is carving out time in the middle of the day when you really need it - especially working from home. STEP 1:Step Away Stop and walk away from whatever it is: phone, computer, to do’s… set them aside. STEP 2:Get Cozy Find a comfortable and bright corner to sit in.
