One of the hardest parts of self care is carving out time in the middle of the day when you really need it - especially working from home. It’s OK to stop what you’re doing when you feel overwhelmed and do the following - it only takes a few minutes and can make all the difference!
STEP 1:Step Away
Stop and walk away from whatever it is: phone, computer, to do’s… set them aside.
STEP 2:Get Cozy
Find a comfortable and bright corner to sit in.
STEP 3: Awaken your Senses

STEP 4: Reset and Recharge
Blow out and straighten your candle and return to your tasks, recharged for the day.
