We all love a good peel, mask or hydrating serum, but if you’re not consistent with vitamin c + sunscreen for AM, retinol PM and peptides, don’t even think about those. Drunk Elephant Protini Polypeptide Cream has 9 peptides to support collagen and give my skin hydration and bounce. For nutrition, it’s 100g of protein and 30g of fiber. And for movement, 10k steps a day and Pilates w/ weights 3x a week. Consistency with a few things is key for me!

1/2 each of 4N and 5N Demi in ion color brilliance with 10 developer. No purple red undertones and not too black and doesn't leave a line of demarcation when growing out since it slowly fades at the root

I love when you do random thungs and it ends up being so good!
I added leftover roasted cubed sweet potatoes and egg yolk to Maddie's patties and it's so good I'm gonna keep doing it. I've been premaking her patties (chicken, beef or turkey) for easy protein for breakfast or lunch.
Ground Beef or chicken or turkey, diced Onion, minced Garlic, S+p, desired Spices, a couple Egg yolks, chopped parsley, Cubed roasted sweet potatoes. Mix up to Form patties, cook, then freeze or they keep in fridge for a few days. Toss in pan to heat when you're ready!
