(I know some experts say that’s not a recognized term but it works for me, please talk to your med professional for recs). I follow Dr. Mary Claire, and have her book The New Menopause, and Dr. Lara Briden’s book Hormone Repair Manual. Week 1 update on mouth taping! My sleep has been deeper, Rob tells me I haven’t been snoring, I also wake up feeling a lot more refreshed in the morning. This roll is the only mouth tape I’ve ever used. It’s light touch so it’s gentle on my skin!

My current top Amazon favorites! The Chemex filters give you the best, non bitter coffee! The hair wax stick is essential for my slick back buns. The SuperFeet insoles are in all of my shoes, even my sneakers! I’ve been mouth taping every night to stop my snoring and this tape has been the best. You get way more product for your money. I use the African Net Sponge to exfoliate my body, make sure you get an authentic one!

It’s not a windbreaker, it’s an actual raincoat and protects you from rain and wind! You won’t even need an umbrella with it because the hood is so protective. I also love the sleeve detail!
