Soooo I ran out of my seed and no one told me to do this but me and my big brain thought this could work....š On a podcast I heard the seed founder said a tbsp of olive oil is good for your the gut... I heard that ACV w the mother was good... And I already have my LMNT but maybe a sprinkle of sea salt?š Blend and bottoms up! It's like a shot of salad dressingš And finally, a big spoonful of fage Greek yogurt (supposedly the best) I used lactose free. All of that on an empty stomach then supplements and water w/ LMNT.
