I also ice my skin after the lymphatic drainage- forgot to show that :) Does anyone else feel like after 40, you suddenly don’t know what you might look like when you wake up from day to day? I do t know what I’m gonna wake up to. 😂 This guarantees that even after a night of crying or lack of sleep I will feel good about my skin that day.

1. Cleanse
2. Exfoliate + clay mask
3. Hydrating Toner 1
4. Hydrating Toner 2
5. Lymphatic drainage (each move 15x)
6. Ice roller cryoball
7. (I use La Mer original moisturizer as my eye cream and pm all over. I put it on my eyes first for my eczema & to combat irritation from products)
8. Vitamin c
9. Lightweight Moisturizer (optional, depending on my skin that day)
10. Sunscreen

To make my makeup last all day:
1. Danessa Myricks blurring balm as a primer- just on my t zone and acne scarring on cheeks
2. Nars eyeshadow primer on lids and lower lashline, set with powder shadow
3. One size on til dawn setting spray.

When you hit your mid 30’s you will see- your skin needs extra help! At 49 I haven’t had a pedicure in two years and my heels are baby skin smooth :) try it!

Step 1: swipe the ordinary glycolic onto your heels (and feet and armpits for smelly pits… actually, get your whole body for anti aging and smooth, ingrown hair free skin!)

Step 2: Seal it in with Kiehl’s crème de corp. If your heels are severely cracked, you can give yourself a head start with a light filing the first time.
