These are some of my go-to’s in this stage of life…

some I’ve stuck with for many years, some are new solutions (have you heard of phantom bug bites in perimenopause? Because that explains a LOT 😅) and some are just things I’m enjoying lately. And many of them are affordable!

1. comfortable bottoms
(barrels or Airessentials!)
2. lightweight cashmere sweater
(even in summer)
3. tiny crossbody that fits in personal item
4. Lightweight cashmere wrap
5. Over ear headphones
6. "Airplane bag" I go back and forth between the Beis and the Amazon one
7. Personal item
8. roller carry on

When you hit your mid 30’s you will see- your skin needs extra help! At 50 I haven’t had a pedicure in several years and my heels are baby skin smooth :) try it!

Step 1: swipe the ordinary glycolic onto your heels (and feet and armpits for smelly pits… actually, get your whole body for anti aging and smooth, ingrown hair free skin!)

Step 2: Seal it in with Kiehl’s crème de corp. If your heels are severely cracked, you can give yourself a head start with a light filing the first time.

But do this every day, and I promise you will be back to thank me! No more honey badger sheet ripping spouse slicing heels! And put this combo on your partner while you’re at it! 😂
