These have no waist gap, a little stretch, go higher up in the back of the waist and are slightly longer in back. If you have a butt or thicker thigh, they lay PERFECTLY. these are the curvy fit. I’m 5’4” and sized down. If you don’t get waist gap or don’t have a booty? Go with the regular fit and stay true to size.

When you hit your mid 30’s you will see- your skin needs extra help! At 50 I haven’t had a pedicure in several years and my heels are baby skin smooth :) try it!

Step 1: swipe the ordinary glycolic onto your heels (and feet and armpits for smelly pits… actually, get your whole body for anti aging and smooth, ingrown hair free skin!)

Step 2: Seal it in with Kiehl’s crème de corp. If your heels are severely cracked, you can give yourself a head start with a light filing the first time.

But do this every day, and I promise you will be back to thank me! No more honey badger sheet ripping spouse slicing heels! And put this combo on your partner while you’re at it! 😂

Doing a quick 3 mile run today. I've been having a hard time staying in zone 2. I automatically just want to go fast, my lungs have capacity for it. Has anyone ever been able to run really fast and stay in zone 2? Can you train yourself to do that? If so how?!

Linen, cotton, and dress season is upon us! I went tts, cropped pull on pants with elastic waist and patch pockets. Top has side zip with back smocking.

Linen double breasted blazer with shoulder pads, I sized up because I have broad shoulders. Love the shape of it worn open or closed!

White linen pants fully lined almost all the way to the hem, pockets, subtle pleating, high waisted, elastic back, such a great staple for summer!

It’s a makeup bag but I call it my “airplane bag”. Pouches organize my stuff for the flight: cords, wipes, glasses, electrolytes, sani, lip balm, hand cream, snacks… everything! They stopped making the Beis one but this is identical and half the price!
