Quick meal prep tip to get yummy caramelized veggies that aren’t soggy!
Toss the frozen veggies in avocado oil, salt and pepper. The trick is making sure your pan is preheated! Cook them for 25-30 mins, give them a toss in between and you’ll have delicious caramelized veggies!

I thought I was entering my fearless solo-traveler era… I was not 😂 During my little social-media hiatus, I thought I’d be 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 girl and take a solo trip.

Spoiler: I am 𝘯𝘰𝘵 that girl… yet😆

Two days in and I called my bestie (aka Mr. Groves) to come rescue me.

But I did get a couple solo days to hike, journal, and get a massage, so honestly? Growth.

During my “yes era” I’m learning that I can say yes… and then promptly change my mind. 😂 Progress > perfection, right? #babysteps

Please tell me stories about the time you went solo, or tried, or “I could neverrrr!”

Also in the last slide I was taking my last solo hike. As I was leaving, the artist yelled out, “This song is called JOY!” How appropriate, because that’s exactly what I felt. 🥹🙌🏾 another attempt next year, maybe :)

Ok I’ve found the combo that will make your feet so soft! If you need to get a fresh start, begin with THIS FILE- I’ve never used a file that worked so well. Then follow with Kiehls crème de corps. This is my all time favorite body lotion that JUST WORKS and leaves a beautiful glow on the skin. So hydrating! And then every day after you use your glycolic toner, sweep it onto the heels or rough spots on the feet and I swear you will never see another flake or crack on your feet ever again! Maintain by using the glycolic every other day and always use the crème de corp daily.
