When I don’t know what to wear my go-to is always a sweater and jeans and my favorite sweaters are Quince! I love this light weight cashmere sweater so much I bought it in 3 colors! The jeans are 65% organic cotton with a little stretch, high waisted but not too high, and no waist gap. I love Quince’s v neck sweaters, they’re oversized but still tuckable.

Granny? Yes. Best underwear ever? Also yes. They are pricey but stop playing games in your underwear drawer. We are far too worthy to be fishing out the ones that are actually comfortable. Only took me about 50 years 😅 Don’t let that be you :) try ONE pair and thank me later! Super light, extremely stretchy, minimal panty lines and a cotton gusset. You won’t even feel them. I have the high waist brief and they also come in hipster, high cut brief and more (even thong if you like). One size fits most but they have a plus version for 1x-4x which I’ve also linked. Without a doubt for me it's bear crawls omg I hate them so much.

Two things: one, don't let anyone tell you lifting light weights does nothing because this upper body was so challenging! Going until muscle is exhausted is crazy hard work. Two: showing you my hardest moments lest you think I am really good at this. I am just trying to get stronger each time.
