SO MANY Q’s from my year check in! 1. HRT LOVE it! Talk to your doctor and get @drmaryclaire's book on menopause. HRT brought me back to life! 2. What I eat Fiber & protein! I prioritize protein because it makes me feel amazing. Animal protein gives me energy & keeps me full. Instead of mayo I'll do lactose free fage yogurt. Fiber: squash, raspberries, avocado, chia, kiwi, etc. 100g protein 30g fiber a day 3. Workout 10k steps. I walk 45 min a day, non negotiable. Can be broken up.
