Week 1 update on mouth taping! My sleep has been deeper, Rob tells me I haven’t been snoring, I also wake up feeling a lot more refreshed in the morning. This roll is the only mouth tape I’ve ever used. It’s light touch so it’s gentle on my skin!

The SuperFeet insoles are in all of my shoes, even my sneakers! I’ve been mouth taping every night to stop my snoring and this tape has been the best. You get way more product for your money. I use the African Net Sponge to exfoliate my body, make sure you get an authentic one!

I’ve been waiting to wear this Varley raincoat and the weather this weekend was perfect for it! It’s pricey but it’s the only raincoat you’ll need. It’s not a windbreaker, it’s an actual raincoat and protects you from rain and wind! You won’t even need an umbrella with it because the hood is so protective. I also love the sleeve detail!

How I wash my African Net Sponge! Rinse, squeeze out the water then hang dry when you’re done showering. For weekly washing I put it in a washing bag on delicate with hot water then hang to dry! You can also hand wash with vinegar and hot water! Also reminder: do not use this to clean down there 😂
