Yesterday was our church’s Primary Program when the kids in our congregation ages 3-11 sing songs and share their testimonies of Christ for the whole congregation. This year we had both of our kids in the program for the first time (Piper was sick last year) and I was in charge of leading the kids in their nine songs they sang (had to wear bright red lipstick so they could see me and what words I was mouthing better hahah). Highlights included both kids proudly and confidently saying their parts (and Piper yelling “Good job, Henrik!” After he finished saying his) and all of the kids singing/yelling (mostly lead by Piper) “I Am a Child of God” for our grand finale 😂 The kids I get to sing with every week are incredible and I am so grateful I got to be part of this year’s program.
