3 things that made the BIGGEST difference in my skincare this year

I’ve tried a lot of things over the years, but these are the three that actually moved the needle for my skin — not overnight miracles, just consistent habits that finally paid off.

1️⃣ Proper cleansing (double cleansing + gentle exfoliation)
This was a game-changer for me. I used to think washing my face once was enough… it wasn’t.

• Double cleansing at night removes makeup, SPF, oil, and buildup so your skin is actually clean
• Using something like zero pore pads helps gently exfoliate, clear congestion, and smooth texture without being harsh
• My pores look smaller, my skin looks brighter, and products actually absorb instead of sitting on top

Clean skin = skin that can heal, glow, and respond.

2️⃣ Disposable face towels (aka stop reusing bacteria on your face)
I didn’t realize how much this mattered until I switched.

• Regular towels can hold bacteria, detergent residue, and mildew
