3 things that made the BIGGEST difference in my skincare this year I’ve tried a lot of things over the years, but these are the three that actually moved the needle for my skin — not overnight miracles, just consistent habits that finally paid off. 1️⃣ Proper cleansing (double cleansing + gentle exfoliation) This was a game-changer for me. I used to think washing my face once was enough… it wasn’t. • Double cleansing at night removes makeup, SPF, oil, and buildup so your skin is actually clean • Using something like zero pore pads helps gently exfoliate, clear congestion, and smooth texture without being harsh • My pores look smaller, my skin looks brighter, and products actually absorb instead of sitting on top Clean skin = skin that can heal, glow, and respond. 2️⃣ Disposable face towels (aka stop reusing bacteria on your face) I didn’t realize how much this mattered until I switched. • Regular towels can hold bacteria, detergent residue, and mildew • Clean towel club disposable face towels = fresh, clean surface every single time • Less irritation, fewer breakouts, and way better for sensitive or acne-prone skin It’s one of those small changes that makes a surprisingly big difference. 3️⃣ A rich, nourishing moisturizer at night (and actually using enough) I used to be scared of “too much moisturizer.” Turns out my skin was just dehydrated. • A really good nighttime moisturizer helps repair your skin barrier while you sleep • I apply generously — like bathe-in-it generously • I wake up with softer, calmer, more even-looking skin instead of tight or dull Hydrated skin = healthy skin.
