Get ready with me on a random day ✨ It’s been forever since I shared my makeup routine, so here we go!
Starting with energy (obviously) then SPF 45 — I love how hydrating this one is, no white cast, and it gives my skin such a glow 🙌 It’s step 1 in my routine and it’s a Sephora exclusive btw 💁‍♀️
Then I go in with my bronzing primer, cc cream + foundation mix, setting spray, concealer, contour, and this blush that I’m obsessed with right now 😍 I blend everything with a damp sponge or angled brush and layer a little lighter concealer under the eyes for a lift. Oh—and Hailey Bieber cheekbone hack? Always.
Set it with translucent powder, bronzer everywhere (including my lids), then brows, mascara, and eyeliner — I like a soft, smudgy shadow liner to lift my eyes.
Final step? The SPF 50 glow sunstick — it's perfect for on-the-go reapplication and keeps me glowing all day. This one’s also available exclusively at Sephora and lives in my bag now.

#Ad Let’s make a tropical protein packed smoothie for our post-workout fuel. This one is dairy-free too!

To a blender we added a frozen tropical fruit blend, coconut milk, @OATHNUTRITION Clear Whey Protein, and a little water. We garnished with pineapple, and topped with freeze-dried fruit, and lime zest for a special touch. This tasted out of this world!

We love Oath Clear Whey Protein because unlike traditional protein powders, this is ultra-filtered to lower its thickness so you can enjoy fresh fruity blends. Plus it’s grass-fed, with no added sugars. Think “protein that drinks like a juice”!
