I think I could have a new favorite heat protectant. I've used the L'Oreal Paris Elvive Dream Lengths Heat Slayer Pre-Iron Spray on my relaxed hair a few times. Once when I did a roller set and the other two times when I blow-dried my hair. The results were soft and smooth hair.

I use this only when flat ironing.

I don’t love it for blow-drying since the thicker texture is harder to distribute on wet hair, but for flat ironing? It really delivers.
