Sweater weather, but make it boho chic! 🤎✨ Day 3 of my 31 Days of Closet Magic Challenge is serving up cozy vibes with a twist! I started with a classic white cable knit sweater and paired it with a brown faux leather mini skirt for a little edge. Fleece-lined tights kept me warm, while my tan Dolce Vita Western boots added that perfect boho-meets-Western flair. To bring it all together, I layered on a floral kimono for a pop of print, added a crystal necklace for some sparkle, and finished with my go-to wicker circular crossbody bag. Strength training is my newer love language! Prior to my breast reduction in late 2023, any time I would try to train and strengthen my back, it would trigger a muscle spasm which led to me being immobile for days. My quality of life has improved substantially since my procedure and I am finally able to become so much stronger than I ever imagined! So grateful!

My master bathroom makeover still makes me super proud of all the effort I put into this project. Painting and stenciling the tile floors took a long time, but it was so worth it. In addition to that, the mirror frames, the new hardware, and painted vanities really just transformed this old, outdated, darker bathroom into a modern farmhouse with a coastal and rustic twist.

I used to be a Cardio Queen! Especially when I was immersed in Kickboxing when I initially lost 50lbs. But I was doing 2 things wrong. I was NOT eating enough to support my activity level and I was only doing Cardio. You know where this lead me? Overtraining and injury! Yep. A SLAP tear in my left shoulder was a wake up call and since then I have educated myself. I guess you could say this was a wake up call that I chose to see as an opportunity to grow and improve my methods.

Strength training has been my saving grace the past couple of years. I don’t know how I told myself most of my young adult life that I thought it was boring. But I’m glad I was able to really see the value in training multiple times a week.
