Strength training is my newer love language! Prior to my breast reduction in late 2023, any time I would try to train and strengthen my back, it would trigger a muscle spasm which led to me being immobile for days. My quality of life has improved substantially since my procedure and I am finally able to become so much stronger than I ever imagined! So grateful!

My master bathroom makeover still makes me super proud of all the effort I put into this project. Painting and stenciling the tile floors took a long time, but it was so worth it. In addition to that, the mirror frames, the new hardware, and painted vanities really just transformed this old, outdated, darker bathroom into a modern farmhouse with a coastal and rustic twist.
