this high-protein orzo bowl is super simple & filling the recipe: high-protein Banza orzo with chicken sausage - 1 box Banza Orzo - 2 packs chicken sausage (8 links) - 1 small onion, diced - 2–3 cloves garlic, minced - 3 cups low-sodium chicken broth - Juice of 1/2 lemon - A few handfuls of spinach 1. Sauté onion + garlic until soft 2. Add in sliced sausage and cook until browned 3. Stir in dry Banza orzo and toast for 1–2 mins 4. Pour in broth + lemon juice, stir, and let it simmer until orzo is cooked through (10-12 mins) 5.
