Yesterday we ventured to a new park and I’m not sure who had more fun! This Summer I had some small personal goals for myself. I wish I was hear to say I hit all of them, but nope! 😆 Here is what I am going home with: 1.) A few pounds heavier (tho that’s the opposite of one of my goals) 2.) A more positive outlook and attitude on the season I am in as a Wife and Mother. 3.) Have a plan to get my health back on track in a realistic way 4.) Finish the book I purchased before coming on our Summer trip. •••••••••This book gave me all the feels and encouragement I needed so badly right now. One line ( of many) from the book turned a light on in me. “You can’t Amazon Prime your life.” We live in a world were we want what we want when we want it!! I’m done speeding through the hard parts of my life. I’m done wishing they would hurry up and go away. Instead I’m learning and growing from them. They are little lessons God is trying to teach us and we can either to chose to slow down and listen or hurry up and completely miss a prime opportunity to make yourself better. •••••If you are in the market now only for a great read but for a book that is going to give you that something you are missing in your life to help you grow a little more in ANY aspect do your life/career.
