Giant Ring Pop details Supplies Two bowls that fit together (I got these pink ones at dollar tree—they had other colors too) Scalloped edge plate (from dollar tree—this one was clear and I spray painted it using rust-oleum berry pink) Foam wreath (from hobby lobby or any craft store) Hot glue gun Scotch tough grip tape Directions: Spray paint your foam wreath and plate. I used rust-oleum berry pink) once dried, attach foam wreath and plate and set aside. Grab one of your bowl and fill it with goodies and tape closed.
