Very hard progression run as my last run of 2025😭 kind of failed at it which sucked BUT if I think about the first time I did this tempo run, no way was I even close to this pace so a win is a win no matter the size

That's 2026, pushing forward, making strides even when they don't feel to big! Thats how you step out the loop and make progress. Gonna sit on my bathroom floor and catch my breath 🤪
