how to make this dessert:

2 cloud cafe strawberry matcha latte sachets
3/4 cup hot water
16 oz mascarpone, softened
1 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
24 ladyfingers
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
1 tbsp matcha powder, for dusting

instructions:
whisk matcha sachets into hot water, let cool slightly
whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until soft-medium peaks
mash mascarpone until smooth (don’t overmix)
fold whipped cream into mascarpone in two additions, gently
quick-dip ladyfingers in matcha soak
layer: ladyfingers, cream, strawberries — repeat, end with cream on top
cover and chill 4+ hours
dust matcha powder on top and garnish with more sliced strawberries
